Join the BVCA this Christmas for a magical journey into the land of Pantomime – “Oh no you wont?! Oh yes you will!”. 

Come along and see Giggles the Jester and his friends to take part in the enchanting tale of Sleeping Beauty on Sunday 4th December from 3pm.

As part of the all day Christmas Celebrations at Buckshaw Community Centre join the BVCA to find out if Sleeping Beauty can be woken! King Humphrey and Queen Bea are so delighted at the birth of their daughter, Aurora, that they throw the biggest party the kingdom has ever seen! However, when they forget to invite the land's most powerful sorceress, Vestra, their happiness soon turns sour. Vestra casts a spell on the baby, proclaiming that on her 18th birthday, she will prick her finger on a spinning wheel and fall asleep for 100 years. But how will she be woken?
