The newest noticeboard addition to Buckshaw is here! Situated near the main entrance of the ticket office at Buckshaw Parkway is the brand new Community Noticeboard, donated by Lancashire County Council and funded from the Section 106 monies allocated for the Station.

Buckshaw community groups are invited to use the noticeboard to display information about local groups, events and activities. 50% of the noticeboard at Buckshaw Parkway station is reserved for the use of any community group within Buckshaw and interested groups are able to access the notice board by retrieving the keys from the station ticket office. 

The remaining 50% of the noticeboard is reserved for Community Rail information and equally Community Rail groups are welcome to post information in the same way.

BVCA would like to thank the members of the Buckshaw Parkway Project Board for arranging for this noticeboard at Buckshaw Parkway, as well as the team at Northern Rail for their involvement in its arrival, particularly Stephen Bradley and Paul Spencer.
