BVCA Committee Vacancy
The BVCA team are saddened to announce the resignation of BVCA Committee member, Mark Jarnell. In the past 2 years, Mark has done some wonderful work as part of the BVCA team including improving working relationships with Councils and other organisations/businesses on the village, establishing BVCA on Twitter, managing leafleting, BVCA noticeboards, championing many Buckshaw issues and has been heavily involved in some wonderful community events. Thankyou for all your hard work Mark.
Mark’s departure creates a vacancy on the BVCA Committee and in-line with the BVCA Constitution we will be advertising this vacancy for a period of 14 days through various means.
If you are a resident on Buckshaw Village and would like become a member of the BVCA Committee then please click here to download a nomination form and forward it to Rebecca Stapleton-Harris, BVCA Financial Director at bvca@buckshaw.org.

Nomination forms must be received by the Rebecca before 6th January 2012 5pm. Should nominations exceed vacancies, the existing BVCA Committee shall hold an election by ballot, with the new Committee member being co-opted into the Committee from 15th January 2012.
Please note that the successful nominee will become a co-opted member until the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in April 2012 where they will be required to stand for election to obtain full Committee status should they wish to continue as part of the BVCA Committee.
